Control Valves
The control valves are single port, high pressure valves, used for both
throttling or on/off control of liquids or gases. A wide variety of  controlers
can also be attatched.
The control valve is available for service in very erosive applications. The valve plug is also available with tungston carbide tip and the seat ring with full -bore tungston carbide insert for erosive service.
Model 360  Control Valves

The control valves are single port valves that can be used for either throttling or on-off control of either gas or liquids.

The actuator for the 360 series valve is typically a Dyna-Flo model DFC or DFO linear actuator. The heavy -duty actuators are spring return and can be used with or without a valve positioner

Model DFC/DFO Spring & Diaphragm Actuator
The actuators position the valve plug in the valve  in response to the controller or the pnumatic output signals applied to the actuator diaphragm. The  actuators are designed to provide  dependable on-off  or throttling operation of control valves.

DFO diaphragm actuators are direct acting .(Applying air pressure above the diaphragm casing forces the actuator stem downward). Should the loading pressure fail the spring forces the stem into  the upward position . Available in sizes 2069,2105,2156, and 3220

DFC diaphragm actuators are reverse acting . (Applying air pressure below the diaphragm casing forces the actuator  stem upward against the opposing spring force). Should the loading pressure fail  the spring  forces the stem into the downward  position. Available in sizes 2069,2105,2156, and 3220.

Model DFN Spring & Diaphragm  Actuator

The model DFN actuator is a bracket-mounted, direct acting diaphragm actuator.  A common application includes operation of butterfly valves, chokes, louvers and similar equipment.
Model 5500

A durable and reliable general purpose  indusrial control valve, well suited for throttling  or on/off control of non-lubricating, viscous, or other hard to handle fluids. The Model 5500 is used over a broad range of pressure drops and temperatures where accurate and reliable control is required. This valve is available in a wide variety of integral  end connection styles, and comes complete with a pneumatic spring return fail-open or fail-closed diaphragm actuator.

Model 5400/5450

The Model 5400 and Model 5450 control valves are designed to meet the high pressure and erosive applications common to the oil and gas industry. These valves are ideally suited for pressure, level, temperature, and flow control applications on separators, scrubbers, wellheads, and other oilfield equipment. The ease of maintenance, rugged steel construction, flexibility to meet a wide variety of applications, and safety features make the Model 5400/5450 control valve the preferred choice of production operators worldwide.
Model 5300

The Model 5300 3-way valve is designed for severe service applications common to the oil and gas industry. It can be installed in converging (blender) or diverging (diverter) flow configurations. The ease of maintenance and rugged steel construction make the Model 5300 a perfect choice for a wide variety of 3-way valve applications.

Model DFR Spring & Diaphragm Actuator

The Model DFR series rotary output spring and diaphragm actuator is used in all kinds of demanding applications.  The Model DFR is used to automate control valves in both throttling and on/off control of liquids or gases.  Output shaft options make the Model DFR a compact and convenient solution to louver and damper automation.

The Model DFR, when combined with a Model 560 V-ball control valve is a rugged control valve assembly, to which a wide variety of controllers can be attached.

Model 560 Control Valve

These control valves are a flangeless V-Ball style rotary control valve. The valves mate with ANSI class 150, 300, and 600 raised face flanges. The straight through unrestricted flow path provides higher capacity than globe style valves. A splined shaft provides accurate control in throttling operations and provides for several options in using power operated or manual actuators. Valves are used in both throttling and on/off control of liquids or gases. A wide variety of controllers can also be attached.
